As a policy practice, we advised in-writing to all our Club Members and purchasers the following. As a club member you will receive quarterly Beta Videos Catalogs issued in January, April, July and October. All videos sold by us are either new or previously viewed. The listed price is the same whether the video is new or pre-owned. Pre-owned videos are complete, guaranteed, pre-recorded, original, cleaned, with original studio box or case and plastic sealed.
When making a video order, please make some alternate selections on your order form in the event we sold out of a particular video. Also, when ordering videos, please indicate the video category for each title, such as Classic, Recent, Mature, Horror, etc.. Our club members have access to our huge and unlisted video inventory by written request. If you are seeking a particular video not listed in our catalogs, you must make
your request in writing to us by either snail mail or email. You can find our address at the bottom or order via email by clicking here.
We provide a 10% discount on new, but not used, blank tapes purchase of 10 or more. We have a huge selection of new & pre-owned blank video tapes.
We also prove a 15% discount on VCR sales to our Beta Club members only and included in VCR sales are free UPS shipping in the continental U.S.A., VCR manual, remote & batteries, head cleaner & cable connector. All our VCR sales have a 90-day warranty. We also do VCR trade-ins.
ABSOLUTE BETA also now does Beta Video Transfers to VHS and DVD for $39.00 each Beta Tape. We supply the VHS tapes and DVDs along with return postage.
We also do Beta VCR repairs for Club Members with a 90-day warranty. To receive a superior and reasonable VCR repair, send your VCR to us via UPS by ground rate, double boxed with cushion material and insured. Be sure to wrap you VCR with a plastic bag so no packing material gets into the VCR.
Enclose deposit payment of $79.00 for a repair estimate along with your daytime telephone number, address and indicate VCR problems. The $79.00 deposit will be applied to your authorized repair. You will be contacted by telephone within 30-days and advised of the VCR's needed repairs and a firm repair cost. The turnaround time for Beta VCR evaluations and repairs is 30-45 days.
We are always seeking to purchase Beta VCRs and will accept partial credit trade-ins for reconditioned Beta VCRs we have for sale.
We also sell Beta accessories such as video cassette re-winders, all lengths of blank tapes new and pre-owned, VCR head and tape path cleaners, plastic storage cases, and other Beta accessories. Catalog orders may be made by telephone, email, or snail mail. Our telephone hours are 10:00AM-to-4:00PM (Eastern Time Zone) everyday except Sundays and Holidays. We pick up our mail at our local post office everyday except Sunday. UPS pickups and delivers to us on weekdays. All orders will be subject to a postage charge of 50 cents for each video or blank tape ordered. There will be a $1.00 postage charge for each rewinder ordered. Also each order will be charged a packaging and handling charge of $6.95 no matter how small or large the order.
All returned items are at senders' expense. We will continue to guarantee all Beta products, sold by us for 30-days (90-days on VCRs) from date of purchase by replacing the defective item with a replacement on a one-time basis. If replacement is not desired, then a refund of 75% will be provided or a 90% credit toward future purchase.
Please feel free to advise us where we can purchase Beta products, particularly Beta VCR's at reasonable prices. We provide a finder's fee for all top of the line and high-end Beta VCR leads.
